I have not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in over 30 years. I generally hate salesmen, but Philip Rice is an exception. In addition to being an expert on Ford products, he is also extremely knowledgeable about their competitors’ products. My wife and I were comparative shopping the product lines of five different manufacturers; and his detailed knowledge made our job easier. He had the ability to evaluate our requirements and directed us to exactly what we needed. He properly represented us to management and was able to get us a great deal. This is our first new vehicle is 48 years of marriage. This entire process was lot of fun because of Phil’s great attitude.
